Went in to discuss options as I was nearing the end of my leased 4Runner. I worked with Anthony and he was really honest, friendly and great to work with. He wasn’t pushy at all, which was nice and made the whole process pretty seamless. He listened to what I wanted and made sure I got the best deal for my situation. Never would work with this dealership again. Made the mistake of buying a second car here. First time the finance person messed up and then several days later wanted to charge us more for the car because of their mistake. Went back last month and bought a Sienna. Love the car but the sales process was awful drove the 2 hours there. The sales person wouldn’t answer all questions. Both Tyler (sales) and Jacob (finance) told us multiple times that we were only paying to transfer our plates the cheaper option not get new plates. Rather than the registration we end up receiving new plates. Costing us hundreds of dollars more. Completely unprofessional to flat out lie to your customers. Continue to be told they will resolve issue but can’t get call back. Now have filed with the BBB.
